General conditions of sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of artworks offered by Antide. By contacting the artist to purchase an artwork, you unconditionally agree to these T&Cs.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the conditions under which Antide’s artworks are offered for sale and the terms of their acquisition.

2. Description of the Artworks

The artworks offered for sale by Antide are unique creations made from materials such as metal, wood, stone, or canvas, enhanced with gold leaf. Each piece is accompanied by a text written by the artist, describing his universe and poetic interpretation.

Information regarding dimensions, materials, and photographs of the artworks is provided for reference purposes only. The colors of the artworks may vary slightly depending on your screen display settings.

3. Purchase Process

Antide’s artworks cannot be purchased directly through the website. To acquire an artwork, you must contact the artist directly via the contact form, email, or telephone. They may also be available for online purchase through partner platforms.

4. Prices

Prices of artworks are provided upon request and may be subject to change at any time. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of contacting the artist.

The price does not include delivery costs, which will be calculated and communicated to the client at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for artworks is required only after the order has been confirmed by the artist, who will specify the total amount due (artwork + delivery fees).

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the exchange with the artist and may include bank transfers, credit card payments, or other specified means.

6. Delivery

Delivery of artworks will take place once payment has been confirmed. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the client and will be calculated based on the destination and dimensions of the artwork.

The client will be informed of the delivery timeframe when finalizing the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, artworks are unique and personalized goods. Therefore, the client does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided under the French Consumer Code. As a result, the sale is final once the order has been confirmed.

8. Warranty

The artworks offered for sale are guaranteed by the artist against hidden defects. In the event of a defect, the artist undertakes to repair or replace the artwork.

9. Liability

Antide makes every effort to present artworks with the greatest accuracy, but cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in descriptions, photographs, or information concerning the artworks.

10. Intellectual Property

The artworks offered are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution of the artworks without the prior written consent of the artist is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data Protection

Information collected when contacting the artist is used solely for processing the order and communicating about the purchase of artworks. This information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data by contacting the artist directly.

12. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the client and the artist will endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The artist reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
